KC Computers :: How To Order

You may place your order in a number of ways. The preferred method is our on-line ordering system. This works best if you know exactly what you are looking for or want to place an order after business hours. If you are unsure about what you want, give us a call at (888) 277-1760 or email us at sales@kc-computers.com. This method allows us to make suggestions and ask questions that may help us better determine your needs.

You may email us a list of items first, followed by a phone call to finalize your order. You may also send orders by fax to (585) 787-9933.

If you choose to email or fax your order, please include:

First and Last Name
Billing Address for credit card
Shipping Address
Email address
Credit card number, expiration date and security code (or follow up with phone call if emailing)
Phone numbers for both the billing and shipping address
Method of shipping (UPS Ground, etc)
List of items and prices for each

We accept payment using VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal or by check with prior arrangement. Please note that your credit card will be charged at time of order so we can start the ordering process. There is no additional charge for payment by credit card.

Not everything is kept in stock and usually takes a few days to get in. You will be given an estimated ship date at the time of your order. Most parts orders are shipped within three business days of receiving your order. Systems usually take around 5-10 business days to assemble and test. Please let us know if you have an urgent need for the product ordered.

Any returned product not in resellable condition (including product boxes, documentation, cables, etc.) may be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

Note: Some prices are negotiable before the customer orders. Other prices are firm when you place your order as it reflects our current cost for that product. We cannot lower prices for customers if they decrease after the day it was ordered. Also, if prices increase there will be no change in the price of the order.
